Quality

The Social Enterprise Support Centre have developed and strive to maintain an excellent reputation for producing high quality work and managing projects within budget and agreed timescales.

All team members are committed to providing a high quality service and everybody has a personal development plan to ensure that skills are current and relevant to the job role.

Our Board of Directors take a personal interest in all projects and a detailed performance appraisal is contained in the Annual Report.

Confidentiality

The Social Enterprise Support Centre treats client confidentiality with the up most of importance.  All our coaches are either professionally accredited or under training to become professionally accredited and the coaches ask client to complete a confidently agreement as part of client meetings.

Complaints and Compliments

The Social Enterprise Support Centre is please to say that complaints are not something that we regularly receive, however should a client not feel satisfied with our service we ask them first to discuss this with the member of staff in question and if the issue cannot be resolved then to contact our Managing Director at our Bradford Office.
