Community Right to Challenge (CRtC)

Guidance for the Community Right To Challenge introduced in the Localism Bill is now on the Government’s website here http://communityrights.communities.gov.uk/what-are-community-rights/community-right-to-challenge/
Under this right community groups can ask to take over the delivery of services provided by the local authority. There 10 grounds for the local authority to decline the request, and the service may be competitively tendered. If your group or SE is in Yorkshire and the Humber and looking to take on such services it may be helpful to have us as advocates. Please get in touch to discuss
