New Contracts Finder Service
Friday, February 18th, 2011 | Posted in : Enterprising Communities, |
The Prime Minister launched Contracts Finder on 11 February 2011. At the launch event at the Treasury in London, the PM said the Government was determined to make government procurement “more welcoming” for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Contracts Finder is a free new service for businesses, central government buyers and the public. You can find public sector procurement and contract documents on Contracts Finder.
You can use it to access and search for tender and contract documentation published by central government departments and agencies.
Contracts Finder will become the main source of government opportunities with a value greater than £10,000.
Until 31 March 2011 you can find lower-value contract opportunities with government - typically worth £100,000 or less - on the Supply2Gov website.
Contracts Finder will be further developed over the coming months. We will add more features and functions and apply any fixes to ensure the service is really valuable to businesses. To visit the site please click here
