New Response to Recession Workshop Days for Social Enterprise in Wakefield and Huddersfield

These all day workshops sessions are intended to provide practical support in a difficult economic environment. The sessions will be interactive with a mixture of presentation, exercises and 1-2-1 support. You will finish the sessions with an action plan, linked to your business plan and with a selection of tools to help them prosper.
Participants will be expected to come prepared to work, being proactive to improve your organisation, this is not a sit and listen event it is an action planning workshop using new tools and approaches!
