SEIF Workshops

The workshops will bring commissioners and existing and new social enterprises together, to encourage greater understanding of the respective challenges they face. They will also highlight the opportunities and benefits offered by building stronger relationships between service providers and the public sector. They will help to develop understanding of the current and future contribution that social enterprises can add to the delivery of primary and community care.
The workshop dates are:
London – 29 September 2009
Manchester – 5 November 2009
Bristol – 28 January 2010
Newcastle Upon Tyne – 18 March 2010
The Social Enterprise Investment Fund (SEIF) is managed on behalf of the Department of Health by Futurebuilders England Ltd, working together with Partnerships UK plc. The workshops have been developed, and will be delivered by Partnerships UK.
