Social Value Bill is One Step Closer

Social value bill has entered committee stage this week after backing from MPs.  MPs have voted in favour of legislation that will require all public sector contracts to deliver positive social, economic and environmental outcomes. Now that the proposed legislation has passed second reading it will go to the Public Bill Committee in early 2011, where it will be debated further. For more information click here
