An Adaptations Service for Disabled Tenants

Doncaster Council invite Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and skilled providers with a proven track record, to deliver an adaptation service for disabled tenants.

The focus of the work will be Minor Adaptation works to private properties within the Borough of Doncaster which will include but will not be limited to the installation of shower over bath, level access showering facilities, ramps, handrails and other equipment that will assist disabled persons.

The contract will be for an initial period of two years with potential of a maximum two, one year extensions at the sole discretion of the Council.

Please note that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulation 2006 (TUPE) will apply to this contract.
