Calderdale Council - Supported Living Tender 2011/01

Calderdale Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide a Supported Living Service to adults with learning disabilities comprising of 5 properties located in the Calderdale area.

The Service Provider will be expected to deliver a flexible and person-centred Service across 5 properties to meet the needs of a diverse adult client group, ensuring their rights to independence, choice and dignity are promoted and maintained. This Service will be provided across the properties which are owned by independent social landlords. One of the properties is a newly commissioned service, and there is an existing staff workforce in the other 4 properties and it is anticipated that TUPE may apply; such information shall be contained in the tender documents at a later stage.

The contract term will be 3 years with an option for the Council to extend the contract for a further period of up to a maximum and no more than 2 years (full contract term 5 years).
