Carers' Advocacy Service
The Council wish to commission a stand-alone advocacy service for Carers living within Kirklees or looking after family, partners or friends living within Kirklees.
The Carers Advocacy Service shall provide a stand-alone advocacy service for Carers living within Kirklees or looking after family, partners or friends living within Kirklees. The Service will provide one-to-one confidential advocacy support in a timely, sensitive and appropriate manner which is responsive to the expressed needs and wishes of the Carers. The aims of the Service shall be to achieve recognition, inclusion and support for Carers.
This is a fixed price contract and the Council will pay the Service Provider the sum of £31,365, payable by equal quarterly payments in advance. Where the Services are provided for part of a Financial Year, the equivalent proportion of this sum shall be payable.
