Citywide homeless prevention and resettlement support service

Sheffield City Council on behalf of the Supporting People Partnership, hereby invite Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations wishing to tender for the provision of Citywide Homeless Prevention and Resettlement floating support service in Sheffield. The contract will be for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 month.
