Community Home Care Framework Agreement Leeds City Council

Leeds Adult Social Care and NHS Leeds are working together to commission and procure Community Home Care services because we want and need to achieve :–

A choice of providers for service users who have been assessed as needing community home care services. The best possible value for money from the public funds available to us. Best value for commissioners and service users means considering both the cost and quality of services.
Leeds Adult Social care and NHS Leeds are undertaking a joint procurement process for two distinct services:
1. Community Home Care - Leeds Adult Social Care & NHS Leeds
2. Community Home Care and Community Health Care for Continuing Care – NHS Leeds
