Community Payback/Unpaid Work Services

The Ministry of Justice/National Offender Management Service are market testing the provision of community payback/unpaid work services.

West Yorkshire Probation Trust is leading for the seven trusts (Humberside, Lancashire, Cumbria, Durham Tees Valley, Northumbria and North and West Yorkshire) in contract Lot 2 and is seeking to establish a range of providers that will bring added value to its delivery of CP Services.  As part of this, it is seeking to establish a qualified provider list of providers in CP/UPW to ensure that it achieves best value for money.

New potential providers wishing to join the CP/UPW qualified provider list must apply using the attached Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
