Rotherham MBC is inviting bids from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of Confidential & Counterfeit Waste, This will require either a weekly / call out service as and when required, to be either collected and destroyed at secured premises or destroyed on sight.

The anticipated expenditure is in the region of £12k per annum but this not guaranteed. The framework agreement will be awarded initially for a period of 1 year, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further 3 years on a year by year basis thereafter.

All suppliers who wish to be considered for this tender must register on the SCMS system ( www.scms.alito.co.uk ) The Pre-Tender Questionnaire and supporting documents must be completed electronically and uploaded onto the SCMS system no later than 12noon hrs Thursday 25th of February 2010.

All Pre-Tender Questionnaires must be returned through the system and will not be accepted by any other means
