Description The Contractor will be responsible for the collection and reprocessing of paint arising from the Councils Household Waste Sort Sites (HWSS). These collections will be made from within the City for which the Council has a statutory responsibility under Section 51(1)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Contract start date Fri 01 January 2010. Deadline Wed 28 October 2009 at 12:00.
