Contract for the Provision of Furniture and Equipment

Wakefield Council's Family Services work in partnership with landlords across the District who provide unfurnished accommodation for homeless households and other persons in housing need.

The Council is now looking to award a 3-year contract from 1 May 2010 (with the option to extend for a further two years at the Council's discretion, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement) to one organisation which can provide and fit all specified furnishings and equipment for these units of accommodation

All furniture and equipment will be to the Council's specified standards, refurbished furniture and equipment will not be acceptable under this contract. Contract start date Sat 01 May 2010. Contract duration (months) 36.  Deadline Tue 01 December 2009 at 12:00.
