Kirklees Council as part of the ESF Skills for Climate Change Low Carbon Living and Working programme wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who are interested in developing and piloting innovative and new approaches to raise awareness and embed green skills into accredited basic skills training for those furthest away from the labour market within Kirklees from 27 June 2011 - 31 October 2012.
