In 'Aiming High for Disabled Children: Better Support for Families', the Government announced a range of measures to transform services for disabled children and their families. The transformation of Parent Participation forms a central component of the 'Aiming High for Disabled Children' change programme and the Council requires an organisation to support the development of effective Parent Participation for Parents and Carers of disabled children and young people across the area.
