Employment and Skills Transition Fund - Skills for Life - Bradford MDC

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking suitable organisations to participate in the above project. This project is intended to assist local people from settled communities who are functionally illiterate and innumerate and thereby marginalised from the workplace, with pre-entry level ESOL and entry level literacy and numeracy provision. This activity adds value in terms of community cohesion, child poverty and lifelong/family learning and will engage agreed targeted beneficiaries and deliver learning and job outputs. The project will complement and enhance existing Skills Funding Agency provision.
