Employment & Skills Transition Fund - Graduate Transition

Working with unemployed or underemployed graduates who are struggling to find graduate-level jobs, the programme will offer individuals mentoring and support coupled with an opportunity to take up an internship/work experience role in an SME or social enterprise. The aim is to demonstrate to potential employers the added value a graduate can bring to their business, and to better equip the participating graduates for the job market.
