Expressions of interest are invited from suitable organisations to tender for the Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting in our awarding authority owned Buildings centred on Harrogate but spread all over the district. The contract will be let for 2 or 3 years and applicants must be able to provide a response time no greater than one hour following call out. The tender list produced after evaluation of a PQQ document must include the submission of 3 years accounts, suitable references of similar contracts and the appropriate industry accreditations.
