Housing Related Support Service for Young People-Leeds City Council

This tender will bring together two existing services to form a single service for young people with a focus on supporting teenage parents, care leavers and young offenders. The purpose of the service is to assist vulnerable young people, with a range of support needs, to achieve independent living through a range of housing-related support interventions.
