Leeds City Council - Housing Related Support Services for Young People Leaving Care

The aim of the service is to provide housing related support to young people leaving care in order to sustain independent living. The housing related support service will assist young people leaving care to make the transition from living in a care environment to more independent living across a range of housing environments.
