Description
AIMS OF THE SERVICE -GIVING PEOPLE A VOICE
To provide a support service to people with a learning disability which promotes and supports the joint planning of social care and health and other appropriate services for people with a learning disability.
To improve choice and control people with learning disabilities have about their own lives, and promote independence.
To actively seek the views of Service Users and their involvement in the development of services and running of the Service and other social care services.
To promote the rights, inclusion, choice and independence of Service Users.
To promote the key priorities set out in Valuing People Now and the Kirklees Vision document.
This is a fixed price tender of £25,000 per annum
