Learning Disabilities Supported Living Framework-Leeds City Council

Leeds City Council is going out to tender to procure providers for the delivery of care and support to adults with learning disabilities. They intend to develop a framework agreement which can be called up on for future work either for individual themselves using their personnel budgets or for care manager’s spot purchasing on behalf of individuals.

They would like the framework agreement to offer a range of providers who would share a commitment to providing person centred services to people with a range of learning disabilities. This will include people with low support needs people with complex physical and sensory needs and people with complex behavioural needs. Providers may differ in there areas of expertise.
