Move On Project- Accommodation Based Service for Homeless People - Doncaster

Doncaster Council and the Supporting People Partnership are inviting tenders from suitability experienced organisations or partnerships, to provide a housing related support service at the Move on project under a framework agreement.

The Move on project is an accommodation based service for homeless people. The successful organisation will deliver an effective support service, which should provide Clients with skills and confidence building to enable independent living to be achieved. It is also expected that the provider will facilitate housing management of the properties, and associated landlord agreements.

The project operates 17 units of short stay accommodation, currently based within the Bentley area of Doncaster.

The contract will be for a period of three years which may be extended up to two twelve month periods subject to performance and continued funding.

Applicants should be aware that Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment Regulations (TUPE) may apply to this contract.
