Provision of a 7 days per week/365 days per year Short Break Services at two units for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Description

An experienced organisation will be required to provide Short Breaks for Adults with learning disabilities, varying from those with basic independent living skills to those with complex autism and/or challenging behaviour and those with profound and multiple learning disabilities with associated health needs.

The service will be provided at two units; Cypress Road, Normanton and Lawefield Lane, Wakefield. The unit at Lawefield Lane is currently under construction and due for completion in October 2010. The Cypress Road unit is an existing service. Services provided at both locations will be inclusive, catering for all levels of need and will offer the highest quality care and support.
