The awarding authority is offering a rare and exciting opportunity, restricted to community sector organisations, to lease premises in order to operate a reuse shop. The premises will be newly built by the Council at the East Leeds Household Waste Sorting Site which is located at Limewood Road approximately 4 miles north east of Leeds City Centre and close to the Leeds outer ring road.
