Services for Younger People with Dementia
As part of a soft market testing exercise Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds are seeking interest from service providers for the delivery of support services for people with dementia. There will be three distinct elements to the services, day opportunities for younger people with dementia (under 65), outreach support services for younger people with dementia and support for carers of people with dementia.
