Servicing of Electrical Equipment and Plant Management

North Yorkshire County Council

Management, Co-ordination and Completion of Servicing of Electrical Equipment and Plant management and completion of servicing, maintenance and repair of the following equipment:

Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting
Stair Lifts and Disabled Hoists
Passenger and Goods Lifts
Security Alarms
Stage Lighting Equipment
Emergency Generators
Automatic Doors and Roller Shutters

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list for providing all the above within various properties owned or managed by North Yorkshire County Council and other public bodies within the Yorkshire and Humber Region.
The proposed contract is for three years duration with the option to extend for a further one year subject to attainment of stated performance criteria.
The JCT Measured Term Form of Contract together with a bespoke schedule of rates will be used for this contract.
