Supported accommodation for 16 and 17 year old care leavers and homeless young people- Bradford MDC

Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations wishing to provide a range of tenancy management and support options for care leavers and homeless young people.
The Council currently is provided with 28 long term supported tenancies and floating outreach support and a ‘taster flat’ to give young people the opportunity to experience a short period of independent living as part of their pathway planning.
The Council is also seeking to expand resources for homeless 16 and 17 year olds as well as emergency provision for care leavers whose transitions disrupt.

The tender will be divided into 2 main schemes
Scheme 1 will provide emergency, respite and short term accommodation.
Scheme 2 will provide longer term accommodation and planned transitions out of care.
