Tenancy Support Service - Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council

Doncaster Council and the Supporting People Partnership are inviting tenders from suitability experienced organisations or partnerships to provide a generic tenancy support service under a framework agreement.

The project will deliver a minimum of 80 units of floating Support provision offering a range of services that meet the needs of the clients. It ensures clients develop the skills to live independently enabling them to go on to manage their own tenancy.

DMBC requests the units of support to be provided on a flexible basis including evenings and weekends where necessary.

The contract will be for a period of three years which may be extended up to two twelve month periods subject to performance and continued funding.

Applicants should be aware that Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment Regulations (TUPE) may apply to this contract
