Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council Translation and Interpretation Services

Rotherham Council provide a full range of services to its stakeholders and so our interpretation, translation and alternative formats requirements will cover a wide spectrum? From resolving simple enquiries, through social care assessments and tenancy agreements to preparing documents for Court and occasional attendance at court hearings.

The Council is looking to identify a single service provider for each of the five service areas outlined below (telephone interpretation, face to face interpretation, accessible formats, translation and alternative formats) on a framework agreement basis, in a timely, cost-effective way.

The agreement will be a framework agreement let by Rotherham Council for the benefit of Rotherham Council and other Contracting Authorities with similar aspirations for their Interpretation and Translation Services, who may wish to call-off orders under the agreement. Rotherham Council will be a central purchasing body for this purpose.
