Unmet Demand Survey

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council are seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a study of the demand for Hackney Carriages within the City of Bradford. The objective is to determine if there is any level of significant unmet demand for Hackney Carriage services and whether changes are required to the quantity of Hackney Carriage Vehicle licences issued by the Council. There are currently 225 Hackney Carriages operating within the City of Bradford.
