Description: Leeds vulnerable commissioning board as part of a new strategy is tendering an integrated young peoples substance misuse treatment service. Historically early intervention (targeted) services have been contracted separately to the specialist treatment service. In order to minimise replication and maximise best value in the new strategy all substance misuse treatment services will come under one contract. This tendered contract brings together the targeted early intervention contract, the specialist treatment contract and services within the Youth Offending Service (YOS) contract, to provide a integrated treatment provision for the Leeds area.
